Livathi Villas has two properties for rent. Both are next to each other, offering those who are looking for rentals for more than 6 adults a solution.
The houses are very spacious with three large bedrooms.
Livathi Villia (dopia) has a large bathroom, kitchen, dining and lounge area, large windows with fly screens, central heating and airconditioning. Lounge area opens onto a patio with beautiful views of the olive groves, with mountain veiws set in the background.
Livathi Villas (3) has recently been added to our list, it is a typical Zakynthian cottage. The house also being able to cater for up to 6 adults boasts a lounge area with fire place, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms of which are all very spacious.

Location
The house is situated in a quiet area not far from Zakynthos Town, in a village called Ambelokipi, among the olive groves, which is only 4/5 minutes from the major tourist resorts Lagana, Kalamaki and Argassi. It makes a perfect place to base yourself whilst on holiday as it is near all modern conveniences, such as restaurants, tavernas, coffee shops, supermarkets, and areas of entertainment. It is also not far from the airport so once your here you hae no time to lose, it's head for home and then off to the beach.
